Creative & Community Events
WYLDE is home to many creative and community-led events. Our events programme is designed to feel informal yet thoughtful, offering experiences that bring people together through creativity, conversation and shared moments. From small group workshops to collaborative sessions, each event is shaped around connection and atmosphere rather than formality.
We’re also proud to support non-drinking, late-night cultural experiences as part of Galway City Council’s Café Lates initiative, supported by the Department of Culture, Communications and Sport. These events reimagine the café as a vibrant evening space, offering guests a relaxed alternative to traditional nightlife.
Past events have included Latin Nights featuring live DJs, dancing with Galway Latin Dance and a menu of refreshing mocktails, all set against effortlessly chic late-night café vibes. The café setting allows events to feel social and energetic while remaining well organised, inclusive and carefully curated.
Coffee & Crafts – Valentines Pop-Up Card
Wednesday, 11th February | 7pm-9pm | WYLDE Café Galway
Kick off 2026 with our first Coffee & Crafts evening and get hands-on creating a Valentine’s pop-up card with real wow factor.
This relaxed, beginner-friendly workshop is hosted by Galway-based crafter Natasha Chuyeva, who will guide you step by step with no experience needed. All materials are included, and you will head home with a beautiful handmade card plus the skills to recreate it again.
To top it off, enjoy a specialty coffee or tea and a sweet treat from Wylde Café. It is an easy, feel-good creative night out, perfect solo or with friends.
